Empowering Communities Together

At Wellness on the Weekly, we bridge literacy and wellness through engaging tools, promoting mindfulness and movement for a healthier, more empowered community. Bringing Mindfulness to Communities, One Page at a Time.

OUR MISSION

To put Wellness on the Weekly: 52 Fun Prompts for Mindfulness, Movement, and a Whole Lot Less Stress!, Wellness on the Weekly Companion: For Anyone Who Wants to Boost Your Mindfulness Superpowers, and Mindful and Mobilized: The Digital Wellness Guide for Political Activists, along with our printable Mindful Eating Tracker & Journal and Life Story Prompt Journal, into the hands of 1 million readers—using these tools to bridge the gap between literacy and wellness.

Since its inception, the initiative has provided books to students in charter schools, social justice activists, community wellness leaders, and members of women’s leadership networks, including sororities. These donations reflect the foundational commitment to making wellness and mindfulness practices accessible, relevant, and empowering for all.

WHY IT MATTERS

Stress is the #1 mental health concern in youth and adults today.

Literacy remains one of the strongest predictors of lifelong success.

Mindfulness improves focus, emotional regulation, and well-being.

Our full suite of books and journals uses clear, grounded language to make mindfulness, movement, and emotional self-regulation accessible to readers of all ages and backgrounds.

These are not just books. They are tools for building resilience, self-awareness, and lifelong learning.

IMPACT MEASUREMENT & REPORTING

We track all book donations and workshop participation using internal spreadsheets and donor-facing dashboards. This ensures transparency and accurate reporting to funders, helping us evaluate program growth. We categorize donations by recipient type (e.g., schools, activists, sororities) and format (print vs. digital) to continuously refine our outreach strategy.
